Veal shank

Wash vegetable, peel and cut into cubes, finely chop the garlic. Wash veal shank, cook for about 20 minutes in salted water. Then, remove and drain. Each veal shank place on a separate parchment, add vegetables, wrap and put all into oven preheated to 120 ° C. Bake 30 minutes. After baking, separate meat from vegetables. Serve topped with meat sauce and roasted potatoes.
