Noodles "zawijańce"

Knead the dough and roll them into thin pancake - like for pasta. Peel the potatoes, grate them, slightly drain and add the flour, egg, grated onion, salt and pepper. Stir and fry in oil. Warm stuffing spread evenly onto the pancake and roll up. Cut and throw to boiling, salted water, remove the dumplings when they rise to the top. Serve topped with the fried onions.
