Tubes with cream

All the ingredients (butter and margarine, cut into cubes) mix on the pastry board and knead the dough. The dough should come away from the hand. Roll them into patties with a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm and cut into strips with a width of 3.5 cm. Straps wrap on the outside mold smeared with margarine. Then coat the strips with beaten egg and bake in the oven until golden brown.

Both flour mixed with a small amount of cold milk and pour the rest of boiling milk with sugar and vanilla sugar. The mass of should boil, remember stirring constantly. Thus obtained pudding leave to cool down and later add one tablespoon of butter (beaten to plump mass), finally add alcohol.
