I have a small farm located in a south-eastern part of Mazovia, in an agriculture commune Latowicz. Thanks to the properly favorable soil conditions a garlic is grown traditionally there for dozens years. Together with the cultivation is realized integrated vegetable and animal production. The sowing of corn from leguminous plants family is great rotation of corps and fodder for cattle and chicken. As everybody knows they produce natural manure which is necessary in a garlic production and in a high lever replace the artificial fertilizers. As a result of this natural grooving is exceptionally aromatic and intensively tasted “Latowicki garlic.” Every fans (and not only) of this natural antibiotic I invite to feel its power. The first picking of fresh garlic is the beginning of July already.
