The Communal Co-operative "Farmers Mutual Assistance" in Koprzywnica was founded in 1947. From 1950 it has been running a bakery. Nowadays the bakery is much more modern, but the bread is made according to the same old recipe. The bakery products are rich in taste and, being 100% natural, are considered as very healthy. Bread is naturally leavened with sourdough. Neither flavour additives nor preservatives are used during the process, which guarantees excellent natural flavour and fragrance. Our loaves are baked in traditional bread oven made of bricks.Our bakery is well known in the region. The bread wins many awards, for instance in the regional food competition “Our Culinary Heritage – the Tastes of Regions”.All that makes our bread well known and the bakery "Farmers Mutual Assistance" - a showcase of Koprzywnica Region.
