Grand Hotel has 151 luxuriously equipped rooms, the region's largest conference center, a café "Klimt" and two restaurants: "Victoria" and "Oranżeria". The chef, a native from Kielce, makes sure that the guests who come from different parts of the country and the world have the opportunity to taste some typical dishes of Świętokrzyskie region. Those are prepared from raw materials which come from local farms and producers. Guests are thus offered lsuch delicacies as potato cutlets with smoked trout and smoked cheese topped with butter, maścibrzuch (beef with buckwheat, lentils and goat cheese), Sandomierz apple pie, carp fried in butter and Grandma Leocadia's goose. Breakfast here is made up form local cold and smoked meats, dairy and bakary products as well as honey and fruit preserves.
