Sour cream panna cotta and fruit funeral

Sour Cream Panna Cotta
Add the gelatine to soak.
Bring the cream, sugar and vanilla.
Be in the gelatin, let cool. Before it hardens, stir in sour cream and strain.
Pour into shape. Freezer.

Tomb Ning to exotic fruits
A little fresh chilli. Mix nicely. Fix some nightly with additional lime peel.

100 g of sugar
1 vanilla pod
7 leaves gelatin
250g sour cream

300g sugar
50 g salt
50g raw sugar
Lime, lemon and orange peel
A little fresh chilli.
