Veiled peasant girls with fromage frais
Peel 6 apples and cut dem into chunks. Boil half of them togheter with sugar so it turns into purée.
Add the rest of the apples until tender in the hot purée. Let it cool. Whip cream and sugar. Finally stir in fromage frais. Add apples and whipped cream in layers. Sprinkle with rusk between the layers of apple and whipped cream.

2 cups fromage frais
100 g sugar
