Norwegian Waffels
Mix until you get a smooth batter. Milk and flour amount can be varied as desired. Fill a ladle with batter and pour the batter in to a waffle iron. One ladle equals one waffle plate. Let it roast until you get at golden to light brown color. Flip the waffle plate out of the waffel iron with a fork or knife.

4 tablespoons formage frais
Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Cardamom
