Mix Wasabi powder with water. Let stand 15 minutes. Becomes a paste.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Mix all the parts and add vanilla sugar and wasabi paste.
Fill up the cups or into a mold and cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer overnight.
Take out from freezer for a little while before serving and serve with warm berries.
