Peel and core the apples and grate them on a coarse
side of a grater.
Add the grated apple in a strainer and squeeze out unnecessary juice.
Crush the garlic cloves with the broadside of a knife and
chop them finely.
Stir the garlic cloves in the yogurt and stir down the apples immediately before they have the chance to oxidize and turn brown. First, mix down 1 teaspoon mustard, or even more. Depends on how you want it. Taste and add some salt and pepper.
