Snails with leek

Unfreeze prepared snails’ meat (0,5 kg), wash and cut into pieces. Leeks (1kg) clean, wash and cut into cubes. Put the butter (0,06 kg) in a pan, add leeks and fry at 140ºC for 5-10 minutes, then add snails’ meat, salt, pepper and fry for another 5 minutes. Serve cold.
