Snails with paprika
Unfreeze prepared snails’ meat (0,5kg), wash and cut into pieces. Clean, wash and cut into cubes paprika. Onions (1kg) peel, wash and cut into cubes. Put butter in a pan, add sweet pepper and onions fry at 140ºC for 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are soft. Add snails’ meat, salt , pepper and fry for another 5 minutes. Serve cold.
