Sweet curd tart
Whip butter with sugar, egg yolks and lemon peel. Grind the cottage cheese and add whipped butter, mix the flour, semolina, chopped nuts, raisins. Whip egg whites and fold into the cottage cheese mass.
Put the mass into the baking dish sprinkled with butter and breadcrumbs, level the top layer and put small piece of butter on it, bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Tart serve chilled with whipped cream and fruits.
500 g of cottage cheese
6 eggs, 6 tablespoons sugar
80 grams butter, and 4 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons semolina
2 tablespoons of nuts
