Cardamom cookies

Whip eggs with sugar to fluffy pulp. Mix flour, baking powder, cardamom, add pinch of salt and chop in the mixture cooled butter. Knead dough and add at the end whipped with sugar eggs. Out of this portion you can make 60 cookies handmade in moons. You can also roll out the dough ½ cm thick and cut it with a glass or a biscuit cutter of any shape u like. Bake about 15 mins into golden color, in 180-200 degrees C.
500 g white wheat flour type 500 (coarse flour)
250 g of butter
2 eggs
150 g of sugar
2-3 teaspoons of grounded cardamom (or anise)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
