Zander in sesame seeds served on caramelized vegetables with potatoes slices

Zander season with salt and pepper, next batter it in egg and sesame mixed with flour. Heat up oil and fry it until gold.
Cut paprika and onion into strips. Pour on the pan a little bit of oil, when it’s hot, put onion and paprika, stew it for 3 – 4 minutes. Afterward add sugar and fry until sugar will melt. Next add balsamic vinegar and fry until vinegar evaporate and caramel will become.
Fry potatoes cut in slices.
First on the plate put potatoes then caramelized vegetables. On the top put pike perch in sesame. To decorate the meal put steamed vegetables e.g.: cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.
150 g fresh zander
2 tablespoons of sesame
1 egg
1 tablespoon of flour
spices: salt, pepper
1 red paprika
1 red onion
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
