Apple cake

Mix flour, margarine, sugar, baking powder, yolks and knead dough. Dough divide into 2 parts. First one put on the backing tray, second one leave for the crumble.
Peal apples and cut it into small pieces, fry on the pan, afterward add a bit of sugar, cinnamon and currants. Prepared apple mass put on the side for cooling down. Then mass put on the dough and sprinkle it with crumble.
Bake for about 40 – 50 mins in temperature of 170 – 180 degrees C.
Serve with whipped cream and scoop of ice cream.

2 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs
1 glass sugar
2 kg apples
1 vanilla sugar
