Bagels with cottage cheese

All the ingredients put to the bowl and knead dough. If consistency is to hard add a bit of cream. The dough has to be elastic and soft. Afterward roll into a 1 cm sheet. Form circles using a glass, in the middle cut it with smaller glass. Fry on the both sides on oil or lard until gold. Serve it sprinkled with castor sugar.
1 kg flour
0,5 kg cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
0,5 L cream 18% (if cottage cheese is fat you can use instead of cream natural yogurt)
1 glass sugar
vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon spirit or vinegar
a pinch of salt
