Fish-rice chops

Rinse rice, pour into the pot and fill it with 1,5 glass of water. Boil rice until softness. Cooled rice mince with fish and onion. Afterward add chopped green parsley, eggs and season with salt and pepper. Work it into smooth mass. Form chops, roll it in bread-crumbs and fry it on the both sides on hot oil until gold. Serve with sauerkraut salad.
600 g fillet fish
2/3 glass white rice
a bunch of green parsley
