Potato cake with mushroom sauce

Peel the potatoes wiped off. add flour, salt, pepper and fried bacon and onions. Mase mix, put into a greased mold and bake in a medium oven heated to 50 minut.Po baking, cut into slices and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with mushroom sauce.

Mushrooms clean and cook in 300 ml of water with chopped onion. When the mushrooms are soft, strain the broth, cool and maintain. Chop mushrooms. Flour and fry with butter, add cold broth with mushrooms and cream - mix. season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil.
8 potatoes
2 eggs
0.10 grams of bacon
1-2 onions
teaspoon of flour
1 tablespoon fat
ground pepper, salt

Mushroom sauce:
20 grams of fresh mushrooms (porcini, koźlaki, Luteus)
1 onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
100 ml of cream of 30% salt, pepper
