Quail stuffed with a currant sauce

Sprawione quail sprayed with oil and wine, sprinkle with spices: salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, marjoram. Then stuff the liver and jarzynkami. The whole quail wrapped in bacon and bake until golden brown. We will defer to the pan, watering sauce, stew
until soft. Ready quail portioned and put on a plate and pour the currant sauce with the addition of potatoes cooked with stewed cabbage from pan.
