Honey gingerbread from Warmia Mazury Powisle, Poland

Honey gingerbread

Whip eggs with sugar, margarine dissolve and cool, baking soda dissolved in milk. Mix all ingredients thoroughly together. Cover with a cloth and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day remove leaven, roll out on a 5 mm thick slices. Cut out gingerbread. Bake in hot oven (150-160 degrees.) about 7-10 minutes.
3.5 cups of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of honey,
2 eggs
1/2 package of gingerbread spice,
3 dag of margarine (dissolved )
1/2 cup of milk
a pinch of baking soda,
2 tablespoons of cocoa
