Chef’s Muesli

Mix all the ingredients (except fruits) to obtain a thick, slurry consistency similar to fat cottage cheese.
Heat the oven to the temperature of 200 degrees. Place the slurry into the backing pan forming it in a very thin layer.
Put it in the oven, the estimated cooking time is 10-15 minutes.
NOTE! Open the oven several times during the baking to scrape the granola from the banks. A light brown uniform color indicates the readiness to remove muesli from the oven, which should be allowed to "rest" on the pan. Than crush it in hands and place into a glass or ceramic closed container, but cover with something that lets the air in.
Shelf life: up to three or four months, provided that the room is free from moisture and cold.
1kg of Thick Oatmeal
1/2 glass of: linseed, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin seeds
1/2 glass of: currant sultanas, dried apricots but not candied
1/2 glass of dried bananas,
1/2 glass of honey
rapeseed oil to get the right consistency
