"Hylyng" barbecued with onion-herring Kashubian

herring, after pretreatment, put in flour and fry in a pan. You can also prepare fried or raw onions. Prepare the flooding: Mix all ingredients and cook briefly, then pour it on herrings arranged in a dish.

flooding: 5 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar, half of lemon, 2 tablespoons of sugar, tablespoon of salt, allspice, bay leaf
