Mermecka appetizer with cranberries (used for meat)

Wash the cranberries. Leave them for a few hours strewn with sugar, to let go juice. Drain off the juice,fry the remaining pulp with a small addition of water. Wash pears, crush and combine with fried cranberries. Serve with meat hot or cold.
