Bread Hruby

Ewa and Peter Stratenwerth`s Bio-bakery „W Grzybowskiej Arce” is the first organic bakery in Poland. Chemical free and natural ingredients are key priority: the bakery obtained ecological certification in 1998. The bread baked there is called HRUBY, which means in old Polish – whole grain. The bread is 100% organic. Hruby's star attraction is the 100% rye bread proofed with natural sourdough leaven. Bread is baked in a wood-fired, stone oven; the grains are freshly ground on permises using a stone mill. Hruby's goods have all the hallmarks of the real thing.
