Stuffed tomatoes and peppers
Mushrooms cut and fry in a pan, add the onion. Cut tomatoes in half, hollow out the measures which are then added to the pearl barley groats or cereal. Fill the tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 180 C.
