Yeast buns stuffed with cream cheese

Flour divided into two parts, in a glass of milk dissolve the yeast add one spoon of sugar and flour, leave to rise. Heat the remaining milk (do not boil), stir in half the flour and overgrown leaven, leave to rise. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, salt and whisk, add the melted margarine. Connect the two parts of the dough, add the rest of the flour and knead well. Set aside to rise.

1 kg of flour
1 cup of sugar
10 g yeast
20g margarine
6 eggs
3 cups of milk
pinch of salt

Cream cheese:
0,5 kg cream cheese
2 eggs
0,5 cup of sugar
vanila sugar
