Potato dumplings with meat with grated potatoes
1.5 kg of potatoes cook in salted water. The second part of potatoes grate with a fine mesh and squeeze through cheesecloth. Boiled potatoes passed through the meat grinder and mix with those grated, add the egg, or flour if needed. Knead the dough. Chop the onion and fry, add to the meat, season with salt and pepper. On hand try to put portion of potato dough, then add spoonful of stuffing, stick together and form oblong dumplings. Put dumplings into boiling salted water, cook about 30 minutes. Fry the diced bacon, pour over the finished dumplings.

700 g minced meat
