Quail stuffed

Quail and offal rinse with blood.
Marinate the meat in spices and pour a few drops of oil. Set aside in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour, covered, so the meat over taste and smell of spices. Then 2 pieces of quail stuff with apples. All put on a plate and cover with aluminum foil, then place in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake quail approx. 2 hours.
You can prepare and serve with the potatoes (cut into quarters).
