Roulade stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon, red pepper

Pork loin cut into 12 thin slices, break down, sprinkle with salt and pepper and spread with mustard. On each slice put the bar color peppers, rolled in rolls, wrap with a slice of bacon. Place the dough on a baking tray, baste with oil and bake for about an hour at 180 C.

3 large peppers (yellow, green, red)
12 slices of smoked bacon (long slices)
gorczycowo mustard - horseradish
salt and pepper
