Peppers with onions
Boil the vinegar with salt and sugar, add the peppers cut into strips and onion slices, mix everything and cook for 15 minutes. Put into hot jars, twist and to filter upside down, then it does not require pasteurization.
- 1.5 kg peppers + 3 small spicy peppers
- 1.5 kg onions
- 1 liter of wine vinegar
- 2.5 cups of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of salt
