ROAST CHICKEN WITH PRUNES
Take out chicken bones, sew the holes in the skin. Cook all the bones until the meat that remained on them is soft and then peel the meat. Soak the prunes in warm water. Add spices, egg, and bread crumbs to the peeled meat and mix. Spread the mass over the chicken and arrange the plums on the mass. Wrap the whole wrapped into a roll, sew and bake at 200ºC for about 60 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken.
