OBRAZOW APPLE PIE

Knead shortbread dough, divide into two parts and roll out. Spread one part over greased baking tin. Arrange the apples cut into eighths tightly and sprinkle with cinnamon. Prepare thick flan according to the recipe on the pack but with less milk and pour it hot onto the apples. Cover the whole with the other part of the rolled-out dough and bake for about one hour. After cooling, sprinkle with caster sugar.

Dough:
0.5 kg of wheat flour
0.25 kg of margarine
2 cups sugar
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons fresh cream
Filling:
1.5 kg of apples (preferably russet)
cinnamon
2 packs of vanilla flan
