ROAST DUCK WITH APPLES
Rins the duck and rub it with salt and marjoram. Leave it for an hour in a cool place. Peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove the cores. Stuff the duck with apples. Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. During baking pour melted fat and honey over the meat. In the middle of cooking pour out the fat from the roasting dish and pour in 100ml of water. When ready, cut the duck and sprinkle the apples with sugar.
