CARP TARTAR STEAK
Clean the carp of the bones and skin and cut into small cubes. Add salt, pepper and false flax seed oil. Form a ball with a hole in which we place the yolk. Chop th cucumber and onion into small cubes. Serve them separately to be mixed with carp before consumption.
