BOILED ROOSTER, SOUP AND POLENTA
Preparation:
Boil domestic rooster grown outdoors minimum age 6 months and weight approximately 3 kg. In the water we put fresh vegetables (peppers, selenium, carrots, onion) and spices (pepper, salt), and cook 75 minutes. Drain the soup. Part serves for soup with homemade noodles, and the other fattier part for the preparation of side dish from domestic corn minced at the watermill. Polenta stir for 30 min. With this dish serve seasonal salad.
