Boil milk with sugar,vanilla sugar and grated lemon rind.Leave the mixture to cool.Beat the
Eggs and egg yolks separately and add them to a cooled mixture.Melt the sugar in caramel
And pour it into the appropriate mold,which we have previously greased with butter.
Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place in a deep baking pan in which we poured hot water.
Bake for about 35 minutes(depending on the size of the mold )at 180C.
