BLACK EYED PEAS (ÜLÜBÜ) SALAD
Put black eyed beas in a bowl and add water on it, black eyes pead should stay in water for one night. (or min. 10 hours) and then boil them till they are softened and drain water. Add salt, olive oil and cumin while peas are still hot.
Add finely chopped roasted capia peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, scallions, dill on peas. Add pomegranate syrup and lemon juice before you serve it.
