STUFFED PUMPKIN LEAVES (SPECIAL RECIPE)
Slice onions, garlic, persley, mint and tomato thinly and place into a pot. Add washed rice and all spices written abow & pomegranate syrup & tomato paste & olive oil & water into the pot too. Mix all them well till the mixture gets a homogeneous texture.
Slice the pumpkin as thin as a leave. Roll the pumpkin leaves after you place the mixture on the middle of leave. When all the leaves are rolled, cook in an oven for 20 min. in at 100 °C heat. Serve as hot - cool or cold as you wish.

1 tomato
A pinch of persley
A pinch of mint
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ cup olive oil
½ cup water
1 tbsp dry mint
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp pomegranate syrup (traditional product)
½ tbsp red pepper flakes
½ tbsp cumin
