Octopuses are cleaned, boiled and diced. While octopuses are chilling down, let’s work on other ingredients of salad.
Dice pickled gherkins. Slice capia peppers, scallions and dill. Place octopuses into a deep platter, add all the ingredients and mix them together. You may serve your salad as cold or cool.

1 lemon’s juice
½ bunch of dill
