DADDY STYLE ALANYA KEBAB
Lamb meat is diced. Butter and garlics are added in a pan and meat is seared with them approximetly 10 minutes. Salt and peppers are added into pan when meat is well – cooked. For dishing up, Kebap is placed in a copper plate and served with fine coal underneath the pan.
It’s recommended to eat as hot & chilli.

When we were kids, our daddy and uncles were used to cook this meal for breakfast. We still use the same recipe that they thaught to us. That is why we serve this traditional family breakfast dish to our customers as calling 'Daddy Style'.
130 g lamb meat
2 table spoons butter
A pinch of salt
A pinch of red pepper powder
A pinch of red pepper flakes
2 cloves of garlic
