KEBAB WITH AVOCADO SAUCE and YOGURT
Lamb meat is slivered into minced meat. Minced meat is skewered and then grilled. On the other hand, avocado and garlic are crushed in a bowl and mixed. Lemon juice is added on garlic and avocado mixture afterwards. Yogurt and salt are mixed in another bowl until the yogurt gains a smooth surface. First of all yogurt is placed on plate and then avocado sauce. Finally kebab is placed on them.

120 gr lamb meat
1 avocado
2 tablespoons strained yogurt
A pinch of salt
1 clove of garlic
½ lemon’s juice
