ALBANIAN STYLE FRIED DICED LIVER WITH AVOCADO SAUCE
Lamb liver is diced and dipped into flour. Floured diced livers are sifted and fried in hot oil until livers are well cooked. By the way, garlic and avocado are crushed and mixed well for Avocado sauce. On the other side, butter is melted in a pan, salt and pepper powder are added. Well cooked livers are seared in spiced butter for a while and placed into a shallow frying – pan. Avocado sauce and onion slices with sumach are placed each sides of livers.

120 gr lamb liver
2 table spoons wheat flour
1 table spoon butter
1 avocado
1 clove of garlic
A pinch of salt
A pinch of red pepper powder
Refined Vegetable oil (will be used for fry)
