TEXMEX BURGER
Salt and pepper are added on minced meat and they are all mixed. And minced meat is divided into two as one part weights 100 gr and then burger meats are grilled.
On the other hand, one egg is fried in a pan. When burgers are grilled, they are placed on burger bread. Then cheddar cheese and fried egg are placed on burger meats.
Texmex Burger is served with french fries and salad.
