TÜRLÜ ( A KIND OF MEAT AND VEGETABLE STEW WHICH IS COMMON IN TURKIE )
Dice the beef into cubes and roast in a pan using 100 gr butter.
When the meat broth is absorbed back by meat, add the diced onions, carrots and green beans and roast them until vegetables get a incarnadine color. Then add diced potatoes, smashed garlic, sliced zucchinies and keep roasting for 5 more minutes. Add tomato or pepper paste and spices afterwards and rest of the vegetables. ( tomatoes, eggplants and green peppers). All ingredients are mixed gently for 5 minutes and boiling water is added as a last step. Cook foe 30 minutes, and the meal is ready to serve.
