GRILLED SEA BASS COVERED WITH SİYEZ TARHANA
Add the oil to the pan and sauté the spinach quickly.
Marinate sea bass fillet with thyme, rosemary and turmeric. Wait for a while.
Stir siyez tarhana, egg, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Dip the marinated sea bass fillet into this mixture. Bake the fillet in a 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Slice the potato finely and bake.
Place the baked potatoes on the plate for service. Place sautéed spinach on. And for a final touch, place the sea bass fillet on the top.
