ŞAŞLIK ( NAME OF A KIND OF KEBAB)
Beef tenderloin opens in leaf shape. A sauce is prepared with the rest of the ingredients. Meats are marinated within this sauce. Meats are placed at skewers and kept in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
It is served after grilling.
