Creck biscuits by using a food processor and add 3 spoons of melted butter and knead well. Put the mixture in a springform pan and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the dough of cake. Mix mild cream cheese, cream, eggs, flour and sugar well. After adding the cacao and melted chocolate, place the dough mixture on the layer which has been waiting in fridge. Bake the cake in a 170 degree oven for 45 minutes.

When the cake is cool, add chocolate ganache on and rest the cake in the fridge overnight.
