Baked Strawberry Tart

Wash and clean the strawberries. Remove the stalk and cut the fruits small. Peel the ginger with a spoon and chop very finely. Wash lemon balm, pat dry and cut into fine strips. Fill both in a bowl with the strawberries and sprinkle with a little spirit / liqueur. Let macerate.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Spread tartlets with strawberry jam. Chop marshmallows in small cubes or use mini-marshmallows. Drain strawberries and give over the tartlets. Distribute marshmallows over it, so that the fruits are covered. Place in the oven and cook until the mashmallows begin to brown lightly. Serve on a plate with 1-2 spoons of marinated strawberries next to the tarts.
200 g strawberries, 10 g ginger, lemon balm leaves 6-8, 1 dash distillate or liqueur, 4 tartlets, some strawberry jam, 150g mini marshmallows
